It panning. They place the candies in a cement mixer of sorts, then begin to roll them. There is a spray nossle on a long pipe that spray a fine mist of candy coating as they tumble. Then they are coated with a fine mist of an edible polish. This may be continued with more chocolate, or other candy layers, etc. And if they are stipled or colored like eggs, they are sent to Vallhala where Zeus uses divination to turn them into frost eggs. Its a very technical process.
